Thomas is a 3rd year PhD student at Johns Hopkins University studying Computer Science. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Statistics. His research focuses on machine learning applications in the medical field. He has worked extensively with a diverse pool of medical data, such as imaging, ECG, biomarkers and blood markers, and mass spectrometry, providing classification, prediction, clustering, and segmentation tools for the healthcare system.
